Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Canada
We offer the following tracked shipping options within Canada:
- Economy (5-12 business days) $10 CAD
- Standard (3–7 business days): $20 CAD
- Express (1-3 business days) $30 CAD
- Free Economy Shipping on orders $150+
United States
We offer the following tracked shipping options to the United States:
- Economy (5-20 business days) $15 CAD
- Standard (5-10 business days): $25 CAD
- Free Economy Shipping on orders $150+
International
We offer the following tracked shipping options to Europe, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Mexico:
- Economy (5–20 business days): $20 CAD
- Free Economy Shipping on orders $150+
Delivery Times
Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Gemira is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Customs & Duties (US Orders)
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Gemira is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
